Dropshipping Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and participation in our Dropshipping Program. By applying for or using this program, you ("Dropshipper", "you", or "your") agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
In addition to this agreement, you also agree to be bound by our general company policies, including but not limited to our Website Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Return and Shipping Policies, all of which are available on our website.
To participate in our dropshipping program, you must:
Be a registered business or active e-commerce operator.
Provide accurate and verifiable business information.
Agree to all policies, including brand guidelines and shipping protocols.
We fulfill orders directly to your customers using your provided shipping details.
The minimum order quantity is one item per order.
All orders are shipped under Eastanbul Food branding unless otherwise approved.
All participants must complete the registration form.
Approval is required before placing any orders.
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up to date.
Prices are in USD and are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and handling unless otherwise noted.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment is required in advance via credit card unless alternative terms have been approved in writing.
We reserve the right to request additional documentation to complete an order if we suspect fraud or if the order amount is unusually large.
Accepted payment methods include [e.g., credit card, PayPal, ACH].
Orders are processed within 2 business days.
Packing slips and blind shipping boxes are available upon request.
Tracking information is provided upon shipment.
Blind shipping is available upon request.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information for end customers.
We are not liable for delays, lost shipments, or misdeliveries once the order has shipped.
Undeliverable items will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
All sales are final unless the error is due to our fulfillment (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
We do not accommodate returns or customer service inquiries from your end customers.
Issues must be reported by you within 5 business days of delivery.
Cancellations must be made within 2 hours of order placement. Cancellation is not guaranteed.
You may not rebrand, repackage, or alter the product without written consent.
To maintain brand integrity and consistency, reselling our products on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, eBay) requires prior written approval from Eastanbul Food.
Unauthorized listings may be reported, and we assume no responsibility for any resulting impact on your or your customers’ account health or selling privileges.
All brand assets, including product images and descriptions, remain the property of Eastanbul Food.
We may revoke your dropshipping privileges at any time for violation of these terms.
We may also terminate access for any reason with 10 days' written notice.
Our liability is limited to the order value of the affected transaction.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of [Insert State/Country].
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
For online sales, products may not be advertised below the current publicly listed price on the Eastanbul Food website.
Eastanbul Food reserves the right to change or enforce MSRP requirements at its sole discretion.
Compliance with any future changes to MSRP policy will be communicated in advance and required to maintain account standing.
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
Contact us within 5 business days of receiving any damaged or defective items.
For all claims, photographs from several angles or a video are required. We are not obligated to honor damage claims without supporting images.
End customer non-cooperation does not warrant a replacement.
Approved returns for damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise.
Returns will not be accepted if the merchandise has been held for more than 15 days after receipt.
If Eastanbul Food determines that a situation has arisen requiring the recall or market withdrawal of any product(s), we will notify the account owner promptly.
The retailer is expected to take all appropriate actions, such as removing the product from sale and informing affected customers, at no cost to Eastanbul Food.
We reserve the right to communicate directly with end customers regarding the recall if necessary.
International orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Please contact us directly to discuss availability, shipping options, and applicable duties or taxes before placing your order.
To remain eligible for a wholesale account, customers must place a minimum monthly order of at least 50 products.
Failure to meet the monthly minimum may result in the suspension or termination of wholesale account privileges at our discretion.
We reserve the right to review and update this requirement based on customer activity and overall program criteria.
Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address provided at checkout.
If you are exempt from sales tax in the destination state, please email a valid sales tax exemption form to info@eastanbulfood.com to request a refund.
VAT may be applicable to international orders and will be calculated based on the destination country’s tax laws and import regulations.
