Wholesale Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and participation in our Wholesale program. By applying to or purchasing under this model, you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
In addition to this agreement, you also agree to be bound by our general company policies, including but not limited to our Website Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Return and Shipping Policies, all of which are available on our website.
To qualify for wholesale services, you must:
Be a registered business or operate an active e-commerce/resale platform.
Provide a valid business license, tax ID, or resale certificate if requested.
Maintain compliance with all applicable local and international laws.
Wholesale:
We offer discounted pricing for multiple-item orders intended for resale or use as ingredients, with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of one case or more.
To access wholesale pricing:
Complete the registration form accurately.
Await approval notification before placing orders.
Maintain up-to-date business and contact information.
Prices are in USD and are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and handling unless otherwise noted.
Wholesale rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment is required in advance via credit card unless alternative terms have been approved in writing.
We reserve the right to request additional documentation to complete an order if we suspect fraud or if the order amount is unusually large.
NET30 terms may be offered at our discretion to established accounts. A completed credit application is required for consideration.
Accepted payment methods include [e.g., credit card, PayPal, ACH].
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.
You will receive tracking information once the order is shipped.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not liable for delays or losses once the product is in the carrier’s possession.
LTL and FTL Shipments:
Certain large orders may be shipped via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) or Full-Truckload (FTL) freight services.
These shipments require additional coordination. Please email us your receiving times, delivery requirements, and any relevant rules to help us arrange the shipment.
Handling and preparation for LTL or FTL orders may take up to one week before dispatch.
Additional charges and terms may apply based on the carrier and delivery location.
All wholesale sales are final unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
Wholesale returns are not accepted without prior written approval.
Cancellations must be made within 2 hours of order placement. Cancellations is not guaranteed.
You may resell our products online or in-store.
Resale on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, eBay) requires prior written approval.
To maintain brand integrity and consistency, reselling our products on third-party marketplaces requires prior written approval from Eastanbul Food. Unauthorized listings may be subject to reporting, and we cannot be held responsible for any impact this may have on your or your customers’ account status.
You may not repackage, remove our branding, or alter the original packaging without prior written agreement from Eastanbul Food.
All content, branding, and product materials remain the intellectual property of Eastanbul Food and may not be used without permission.
We reserve the right to revoke access to our wholesale program at any time for any violation of these Terms. We also reserve the right to revoke access to our wholesale program at any time and for any reason, with a minimum of 10 days' notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to these services shall not exceed the purchase amount of the affected order.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert State/Country].
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in our program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For online sales, products may not be advertised below the current publicly listed price on the Eastanbul Food website.
No Minimum Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) is enforced for in-store retail sales at this time.
Eastanbul Food reserves the right to change or enforce MSRP requirements at its sole discretion.
Compliance with any future changes to MSRP policy will be communicated in advance and required to maintain account standing.
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
Contact us within 5 business days of receiving any damaged or defective items.
Approved returns for damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise.
Returns will not be accepted if the merchandise has been held for more than 15 days after receipt.
For all claims, photographs from several angles or a video are required. We are not obligated to honor damage claims without supporting images.
End customer non-cooperation does not warrant a replacement.
International orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Please contact us directly to discuss availability, shipping options, and applicable duties or taxes before placing your order.
To remain eligible for a wholesale account, customers must place a minimum monthly order of either one case of retail products or a half-pallet size of bulk products.
Failure to meet the monthly minimum may result in the suspension or termination of wholesale account privileges at our discretion.
We reserve the right to review and update this requirement based on customer activity and overall program criteria.
Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address provided at checkout.
If you are exempt from sales tax in the destination state, please email a valid sales tax exemption form to info@eastanbulfood.com to request a refund.
VAT may be applicable to international orders and will be calculated based on the destination country’s tax laws and import regulations.
If Eastanbul Food determines that a situation has arisen requiring the recall or market withdrawal of any product(s), we will notify the account owner promptly.
The retailer is expected to take all appropriate actions, such as removing the product from sale and informing affected customers, at no cost to Eastanbul Food.
We reserve the right to communicate directly with end customers regarding the recall if necessary.
