BREWING INSTRUCTION: For French press or tea strainer, use 1 teaspoon yerba for 8oz water. Steep 3-5 minutes at boiling water 190-210°F.
For Yerba Mate gourd: Fill it about two-thirds, Tilt the gourd on one side making a slope, Pour a little cool water into the base of the leaves, let it absorb for 2 minutes, Add hot water (70°C-80°C or 160°F-175°F) into the same area . Sip the tea through the bombilla until there's no more liquid or flavor. Move the bombilla little bit right for fresh flavor
