At Eastanbul Food, we strive to ensure your order arrives promptly, safely, and as expected. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and responsibilities for both domestic and international orders.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take longer.
We ship via UPS, USPS, and other reputable carriers depending on size, weight, and destination.
Shipping method is selected at checkout and may include Standard, Expedited, or Express options when available.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order ships.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and method.
Free shipping may be available on qualifying retail orders.
Wholesale and bulk orders may incur custom freight charges based on volume and destination.
Continental U.S.: 2–7 business days after shipment
Hawaii, Alaska & U.S. Territories: 5–10 business days
Delivery times for international orders will vary by destination and customs clearance.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Eastanbul Food is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes unless accepted by the selected carrier.
If a package is returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or missed delivery, we may charge:
Reshipping fees
A restocking fee
Or deduct original shipping costs from the refund amount (if applicable)
Certain products (e.g., chocolate, molasses) are sensitive to temperature and may melt during transit.
We do our best to insulate shipments, but we do not guarantee against melting during warm weather.
Please track your package and retrieve it promptly upon delivery.
International orders are handled case-by-case. Please contact us before placing your order.
Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees.
We do not accept returns on international shipments.
