A creamy, nutty twist on a classic latte—this drink combines Eastanbul’s Turkish Pistachio Cream with warm milk for a luxurious blend of comfort and indulgence. Perfect for slow mornings or a midday treat.

Chef’s Tip: Whisk the pistachio cream with a little hot milk first to create a smooth base before adding to your latte.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Eastanbul Pistachio Cream (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk (or oat/almond milk)
  • 1 shot espresso (optional, for a pistachio latte)
  • 1 tsp honey or beet sugar (optional)
  • Crushed pistachios or dried rose petals (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  2. In a mug, whisk the pistachio cream with 2 tablespoons of hot milk until smooth.
  3. Froth the remaining milk using a frother or whisk until foamy.
  4. Pour the frothed milk into the pistachio mixture. Add espresso shot if using.
  5. Stir gently and garnish with crushed pistachios.
