Green Apple Banana Mint Smoothie

This vibrant smoothie is packed with the zesty tang of green apple, natural sweetness of banana, and an aromatic lift from Eastanbul Dried Mint Flakes. It's a perfect morning energizer or afternoon cooler.

Chef’s Tip: Add a pinch of salt to heighten the minty brightness and balance the fruit’s sweetness.


Ingredients

  • 2 green apples, cored and chopped
  • 1 ripe banana
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp Eastanbul Dried Mint Flakes
  • 1/2 cup water (or coconut water)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for chilling)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish


Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped apples, banana, lemon juice, Eastanbul Dried Mint Flakes, and water.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add a few ice cubes if desired and pulse again for a cooler texture.
  4. Pour into serving jars or glasses.
