Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each, skin on)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Eastanbul Sumac
- ½ tsp Eastanbul Black Pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 lemon, sliced
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, sumac, black pepper, and salt into a paste.
- Rub the marinade over both sides of the salmon fillets.
- Let rest for 10 minutes while preheating the grill pan.
- Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high.
- Place salmon skin-side down with rosemary sprigs and garlic alongside.
- Grill for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden and just cooked through.
- Transfer salmon to plates, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top, and sprinkle with an extra pinch of Eastanbul Sumac for a citrusy finish.
