Warm, nourishing, and deeply comforting — this Traditional Tarhana Soup is a timeless staple of Turkish kitchens. Made with fermented tarhana powder and gently simmered to creamy perfection, it delivers a rich, tangy flavor enhanced with garlic, butter, and Eastanbul spices. Perfect for chilly evenings or as a wholesome starter, this soup brings authentic Mediterranean warmth to your table.

Chef’s Tip: For deeper flavor, sauté the tarhana in butter before adding water. Finish with dried mint and aleppo pepper flakes for the classic Turkish touch.
