Soft, chewy, and irresistibly indulgent — these Viral Dubai Chewy Cookies combine a buttery marshmallow shell with a crunchy pistachio-kataifi center made with Eastanbul Pistachio Cream.   1. In a nonstick pan, melt butter over medium heat. 
  2. Add Eastanbul Dried Kataifi, separating the strands gently. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Let the kataifi cool completely.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cooled kataifi with Eastanbul Pistachio Cream until evenly combined.
  5. Scoop small portions of the pistachio mixture and freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  6. In a separate pan, melt 2 tbsp butter over low heat.
  7. Add mini marshmallows and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth. Remove from heat immediately.
  8. Allow the marshmallow mixture to cool slightly until workable.
  9. Lightly butter your hands, take a spoonful of marshmallow mixture, flatten it, and place one frozen pistachio-kataifi ball in the center.
  10. Wrap the marshmallow mixture around the filling and roll into a smooth ball.
  11. Drizzle or dip in melted dark chocolate and dust lightly with cocoa powder if desired.
  12. Chill for 20–30 minutes until set before serving.
