  1. In a nonstick pan, melt butter over medium heat. 
  2. Add dried kataifi and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring until golden brown and crisp.
  3. Let it cool completely before using.
  4. In a bowl, combine the cooled, buttery kataifi with Eastanbul Pistachio Cream.
  5. Mix well until the kataifi is evenly coated and forms a crunchy, creamy mixture.
  6. In a glass or dessert cup, add a spoonful of melted chocolate at the bottom.
  7. Add a few strawberry slices.
  8. Spoon in a layer of the pistachio-kataifi mixture.
  9. Repeat with chocolate, strawberries, and pistachio-kataifi until the glass is full.
  10. Finish with a drizzle of chocolate, a few strawberry slices, and a sprinkle of pistachios on top.
  11. Chill for 10–15 minutes for the layers to set slightly before serving.
