Smooth, comforting, and delicately spiced, this Pumpkin Porridge with Star Anise brings the cozy flavors of fall to your table. Made with Eastanbul’s premium Cinnamon, Cloves, and Star Anise, it’s a naturally sweet and aromatic dish that’s perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients


    Directions

    1. In a saucepan, combine pumpkin cubes with milk and a pinch of salt.
    2. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15–20 minutes, until the pumpkin is soft.
    3. Remove from heat and mash the pumpkin until smooth.
    4. Stir in butter, sugar (or honey), and Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves, and Star Anise.
    5. Cook over low heat for 5 more minutes, stirring until thick and creamy.
    6. Spoon the porridge into small bowls or ramekins.
    7. Top with diced pumpkin cubes, almonds, and seeds.
    8. Garnish each serving with a whole Eastanbul Star Anise for an elegant finish.
