Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Bake with Pistachio Cream Swirl

Warm, comforting, and wholesome, this oatmeal bake combines juicy apples, fragrant cinnamon, and crunchy pistachios. Finished with a swirl of Eastanbul Pistachio Cream, it’s the perfect cozy dish for breakfast or a light dessert.

Chef’s Tip: For extra indulgence, serve with a dollop of Greek yogurt or whipped cream drizzled with pistachio cream.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 ½ cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 large apples, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Eastanbul Pistachio Cream
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Eastanbul Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup chopped pistachios

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and half the pistachios.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, honey, vanilla, and Eastanbul Pistachio Cream until smooth.
  4. Layer apple slices at the bottom of the dish, then pour the oat mixture over.
  5. Add liquid mixture, gently stirring to combine. Arrange remaining apples on top.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until golden and set.
  7. Let cool slightly, drizzle with extra pistachio cream, and sprinkle with pistachios before serving.
