This vibrant, savory-sweet dish is perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.   1. Cut the chicken into julienne strips or cubes. Wash the chicken and place it in a bowl.
  2. Add milk, tomato paste, cumin, black pepper, oregano, and salt to the chicken, and mix well. For best results, refrigerate and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken with the sauce to the pan, and cook until the chicken changes color and begins to brown.
  4. Add the sliced green peppers and diced tomatoes to the pan, and sauté until the vegetables soften.
  5. Drizzle the Eastanbul Pomegranate Molasses over the mixture and stir to combine. Let everything cook for another 5-10 minutes until well incorporated.
  6. Serve hot with rice or flatbread, and enjoy!
