  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and cumin. The mixture will thicken.
  2. Gradually add cold water while stirring until the dip reaches a smooth, creamy consistency.
  3. Fold in the chopped green olives and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with additional olive oil.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and parsley.
  6. Chill for 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
