A classic Levantine flatbread generously topped with a fragrant blend of za’atar, olive oil, and sesame seeds. Crispy on the edges and soft in the center, it’s perfect for breakfast, snacks, or alongside mezze.
Chef’s Tip: Use a pizza stone or preheated baking tray for an extra crispy bottom.

Directions
- In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add warm water and olive oil.
- Knead until a soft, smooth dough forms (about 5–6 minutes).

- Transfer to the preheated tray or stone and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
- Serve warm with labneh, olives, or sliced vegetables.
